Usable But Not Perfect, A spindle adjustable Dremel power tool is a brilliant concept. Unfortunately, the mechanical precision is less than brilliant. I bought a spindle drilling diamond quartz crystals from my wife and precious stones in a water bath. Chuck jaws are eccentric (the truth) 1 millimeters and a diamond drill bit moves in a circle is significantly greater. It is therefore difficult to start drilling in a hard surface and also causes the water from splashing on the time of drilling. I have owned drilling large presses, which are much closer to being true that the spindle. It might work well for soft materials, but do not understand why he could not be made true in the first place.
